Returns

Thank you for shopping with us at Eternatal. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please note that due to the specific use of some of our products, if used, the products immediately become ineligible for a return as it can be a health hazard.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return, as we will need the tracking information and a shipment receipt in order to mark your return as accepted. 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@eternatal.com or +1 (509) 686 5847 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. 

Please make sure to put your order number and full name on the outside of the package when returning the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that defective and damaged claims will only be taken into consideration if brought to us within 3-4 days after the delivery date.
